Do I need an account to check a company?
No. Every company’s public profile — directors, ownership, registered office, filings and financial history — is free to view without signing up, and you can browse or search the whole UK company directory. An account only unlocks saved chats, higher daily limits and the Premium data.
Can I get an email when a company files something new?
Yes — and it’s free. Open any company and click “Watch this company” (or just ask Verivello to set an alert) and we’ll email you whenever it files anything new at Companies House — new accounts, an officer change, a change of name, a charge and more. No account or card required.
Can I watch UK companies filing live?
Yes. Our Live Stream shows UK companies filing at Companies House in real time. You can also ask Verivello in chat for a custom live stream, filtered any way you like — a town, an industry, owner nationality, or just name changes. Free includes one 2-minute preview a day; Premium is unlimited.
Where does Verivello’s data come from?
Official UK sources — Companies House, HMRC & GOV.UK, the FCA and ICO registers, UK/UN/OFAC sanctions lists, the Care Quality Commission, the Food Standards Agency, the Electoral Commission and HM Land Registry. Company contact details (website, phone, email, and any VAT, ICO or trademark numbers a business publishes) are gathered from the company’s own public website — any VAT is then validated with HMRC and any ICO number against the ICO register. Is my payment secure?
